GET OUT AND RIDE!
All rides require, at minimum, an appropriate bike in good working order, water and a helmet. We suggest a spare tube, energy food, maybe a little cash in case we stop, and your biggest smile! Many rides are held subject to weather. It’s a good idea to confirm dates, time and any specific requirements, too. We will see you out there – and have fun!
SHOP RIDES: Late Spring through Early Fall: Join us for a 1 1/2 - 2 hour spin around either South Reno, Hidden Valley or the Verdi Loop. All rides begin and end at Reno Cycling & Fitness and are NO DROP. Four group levels available from beginners to advanced.
LADIES ONLY RIDES: Join us every Saturday morning for an informative "training" ride for beginner cyclists. We will discuss, riding in traffic, riding in a group, hand signals, etc. then we will put our new skills into practice during a 20-30 mile ride around South Reno.
WINTER TRAINING CLASSES: Join us all winter for our Indoor Training Classes and stay in shape for spring! Bring your own bike for this one hour spin on our Kenetic Rock & Roll Trainers and work out with one of our Certified Fitness Trainers.
